Renee's Story
I am Renee Brochu and I am a full-spectrum Doula, Registered Social Worker and natural parenting enthusiast. I am the owner of Holistic Healing Mama and lead Doula! I am a down to earth hippie mama of two under two and a wife to the most amazing man. I first became a mom in 2022 and began parenting how society wants you to parent. I quickly found out that this way of parenting felt wrong deep down and I was at a loss of how to change so that my values and intuition were being honoured. I distinctly remember madly searching parenting tips and ways of parenting, but never finding anything that sat well with my gut feeling. You've heard of gentle, authoritative and active parenting, but what about intuitive natural parenting? The parenting style that you achieve through following your own intuition on what feels right for your family. The one without rigid guidelines laid out in books, or blindly conforming to what past generations have done just because it was what was done or expected. By looking past these generic or fad parenting styles and reflect back towards yourself and family, you can listen to your natural instincts and do what you know is inherently right. Be the voice in your life to challenge mainstream parenting and create a fulfilling family life guided by your own light and connected back to your divine feminine energy.
I am a Registered Social Worker who works with children and families here in Canada who shares a passion for child well-being and family connection. I believe that you are the only one who knows what is truly best for yourself and family. I help parents build meaningful connections with their families through natural parenting. Parenting is a wilderness and your instincts will guide you through it. Children are designed to be creative, inquisitive and impulsive and it is our job as parents to guide them through these adventures in a safe and healthy way.
I first became a Doula in 2023 and have since then absolutely fell in love with the work that I do. I base my practice on intuitive connection with all of my clients because I believe that the birth space is sacred. I want all of my clients to know that I am there to nurture their mind, body and soul throughout their birthing process and into postpartum. If you found me on your fertility journey, you know that I also take a holistic approach to fertility and want to empower your path to conception.

Jaedyn's Story
Hey! My name is Jaedyn, and I’m a holistic postpartum doula! I'm also completing my birth doula training to further support the mamas I work with. I am a proud momma to two beautiful boys. I’m so glad you’re here.
My passion for postpartum care began after the birth of my first son. He struggled with severe colic, and I vividly remember the exhaustion, the overwhelm, and the deep sense of isolation—even with family support around. I found it hard to trust anyone else with him, and I quickly learned how easy it was to lose sight of my own well-being physically and mentally while pouring everything into caring for my baby.
That experience lit a fire in me. I knew I wanted to be the kind of support I so desperately needed in those first few months. My goal as a holistic doula is to walk alongside new mothers, offering reassurance, practical help, and compassionate care—whether that’s hands-on support with your baby, help around the house, prepping food, or simply being a steady, listening ear. I want to help nurture your mind, body and soul during this vulnerable transition into divine motherhood.
